Josefa, la abuela de José Blanco, tenía una receta mágica. Cuentan que cocinaba boroñas como nadie: con dulce sabor azucarado. Su familia heredo el gusto por la repostería y desde hace treinta y cinco años los Blanco trabajan sin descanso en un obrador ubicado en el polígono avilesino de Las Arobias.
Nuestra andadura en el mundo del dulce se remonta al año 1977, momento en el que comenzamos a comercializar y distribuir productos de Repostería. En estos años hemos descubierto y elaborado nuevos sabores y productos.

    We use the best raw materials for the manufacture of our products, butter, sugar, flour and other ingredients which together with our workforce get good consumer recognition.

    After this first decade, we have decided to try to increase our business and go out and sell out of our area of influence is Asturias as well and to this day have its own representation in various regions such as Castilla León, Galicia, Cantabria and Country Vasco.  

    One of our goals is to keep up the general showcase sweet, this allows us to be updated, to innovate and try to be at the forefront of our business.
